Background
Young people loved party and yet they still made a book via calls or chats. But flows such which seats can be confusing when there was no visual at all. Furthermore, when it came to big payment such as seat bidding, the situation could be worse. The goal was to annotate things with visual.
My approach
I was the only designer with 3 developers. The requirements changed a lot, so then I kicked-off with a design system that could evolve during the development. I took the platform in a new bold direction to evoke compact and modern nuance.
Annotating with Visual
Young people needed a clearer way to book a party by annotating things with visual. Before starting this project, booking process was often conducted via calls or chats which could lead into miss-understanding and lots of effort.
Our solution was to annotate our website with visual. Therefore, they could navigate between events easily and look for the details.
Interactive map
I created an interactive map because before this design, bookings were made without visuals which often led to many problems. This addition will definitely ensure clarity when booking a seat.
Don't miss anything
In order not to miss upcoming events, especially those coming in few days, we aligned our events chronologically on a daily time basis instead of monthly. This format enabled teens to stay awake of what they could miss.
Points & rewards
We had points & rewards system to our customers incentivized. Once they were booked, they earned points which can be exchanged for vouchers, discounts, or even money.
We also had different set of membership program which meant the more you spend the more benefits you would get.
Discover events
Overwhelmed by our events? Don't worry, we provided an overview to all of our events. By this format, it made the booking process simpler as well as the payments.
Live bidding
Sometimes, people had to fight each others over seats to secure theirs for big events. Therefore, when the demand was extremely high, we organized a bidding seats where the highest bidder would have a better chance of securing their seats.

Outcomes
Ultimately the project was successful and the website was released 3 months after the club was built. The platform was acquired by Prestige Corp in 2024 and become a landing page for their booking flow and marketing purpose.
